  • Who is the target audience?
    Undergraduate, postgraduate students(clinical, non-clinical and allied sciences), researchers, specialists, medical technologists, physicists, biologists, chemists, nurses, pharmacists
  • What are the different categories of participation?
    A participant can be a presenter or a non-presenter. For presenters, the guidelines for the abstract are published and all abstracts are reviewed by a selection committee. Non-presenters can interact in the forum across its other events including the panel discussions, meet the professor session and others.
  • Is registration mandatory for a non-presenting participant?
    Yes. And you will receive emails updating on various matters pertaining to the forum.
  • How can I register myself to be a part of a panel discussion?
    You can register for the panel discussion via the form that will be available on the website, and it will also be emailed to you if you are registered.
  • What is the “Meet the Professor session?”
    The meet the professor session will revolve around a discussion between an expert and other participants. You can choose the expert whom you wish to interact with via a form that will be emailed to you as a registered participant.
  • Is it possible to have a one-on-one session with a professor of one’s choice?
    Yes. The criteria for this option requires the participant to submit their work/idea that he/she wants to discuss with their selected expert and it will be reviewed by a committee and the expert will be notified of it. Please prepare some of your questions/doubts in advance to make the process more productive.
  • Is this a one-time event?
    No, FIRMST will continue as an ongoing platform and we aim to create a global community that encourages interaction and communication between its members. Future forums will be held on site and all of the participants can interact in person which we hope will be far more fruitful for all those involved.
  • When will I receive the instructions for attending the online event?
    FIRMST is working diligently to prepare for this unique experience and we will send you the necessary instructions within a couple of weeks prior to the event. Make sure that your email address is accurate.
  • Is the Registration fee refundable?
    Yes. 100% fee refund (deducting Banking Charges) is possible, but it might take up to 90 working days once the forum gets concluded.
